Abaji is back with a new album 'Blue Shaman', the virtuoso musician, globetrotter, nomad and polyglot sets out to explore Celtic and Scottish music. Between East and West, Abaji's ageless music shifts boundaries, and offers a journey that is also internal. A musician of Armenian origin, born in Lebanon and exiled to France in 1976, Abaji accompanies himself with unusual instruments that he handles with virtuosity, such as a sitar guitar specially created for him which, with the help of a bow, transforms into an oriental violin. With Blue Shaman, he offers us his 8th album, a new departure, a new exploration.
