Pernett - Cumbia Galactica (LP)

Pernett is a Colombian known for fusing elements of Caribbean and Colombian music with electronic music. ?Cumbia Galactica? was released by in 2006. It is a highly sophisticated fusion of cumbia, bullerengue, champeta, Jamaican dope and elements of chill-out; a five-track album that includes a tribute to the master Joe Arroyo and a champeta cover of the Latin rap classic by Wilfredo y la Ganga. Now re-issued on LP.
