Origo is a tribute to life and death, the journey and eternity. Trio Kaja here allows their distinctive and personal music to accommodate a wide range of emotional expressions in a creative mix of different influences. On this new album Kaja is influenced by pop, afro and electronica. The original phrase violin, accordion and double bass is played by synth bass, percussion, kalimba, grand piano, live electronics and scissors (both the ones you cut with and the instrument)! A twelve-minute suite is combined with a Waltz to death, a dramatic ride, life-affirming afrobeat and a nine-track tram ride. All in an extended cinematic 'Chamber Sound of Kaja'.
