Cafe Loti - N. Citarella, S. Saletti & P. Tadayo - In Taberna

Cafe Loti presents a new project called ?In Taberna? which is based on the concept ?tavern? seen as a place of encounter and exchange of emotions. It is divided in two parts: the first one consists of six original tracks which represent a utopic bridge between present and past, folk and middle-age music, which takes the audience on a journey through Spain, then encounters the French ?troubadours?, moves to Naples and Southern Italy and ends its way in Persia. The second part, ?In Taberna?, is a folk rereading of the stories contained in the ?Codex Buranus?, later renamed ?Carmina Burana?, which deal with all sorts of topics such as religious and sacred scenes, love, drunkenness and nature.
