Njet Njet 9 is an energetic nine-piece band with a cheerful touch to making music. The band?s groovy debut 'Unicorn Attack' came out in 2016 and introduced a group that can create both exploding jazz rock and delicate, soulful moods. On their second album ('Dark Soul', 2017) the music is as vibrant as ever but also richer in nuances and with darker tones. The music sounds like Zappa and Zawinul are playing tennis with Massive Attack at a Swedish summer cottage, band leader and composer Ville Kyttala describes. Indeed it?s music with big twists and vast landscapes. There are hints of rock, soul and electronica combined with cinematic atmospheres and genuine big band jazz. And now they present their third album, just called 'III'.
