Lorraine Jordan combines the influences of her Irish roots and love of traditional ballads with more contemporary influences to create an intoxicating and thought provoking set of original songs. Born in Wales to Irish parents, Lorraine was brought up steeped in the Irish tradition. Lorraine has played alongside a host of great performers, including Capercaille, The Waterboys, Richard Thompson, Loudon Wainright III, Dick Gaughan, Breton legend Alan Stivel among others. 'Send My Soul' is Lorraine Jordan?s fifth studio album. Together with co-producer and partner Debbie Dickinson, she has brought together a host of fine musicians that have joined her at various points throughout her career.
