Christian Escoude is a member of this small group of jazz guitarists from the Manouche community, his talent has allowed him to play with the greatest names such as McLaughlin, Martial Solal, John Lewis. A few unpublished masterpieces from Django Reinhardt's music found in the family attic are at the origin of the idea for this album. Discovering tracks composed by Django, which have never been recorded or even played associated with compositions by Christian Escoude and lyrics written by the singer Stephy Haik. This is an original new album dedicated to the work of the great Django Reinhardt.
