Another stride and we?ll be in Istanbul for the ?d, or in Algiers for the mandole. Another step? a lullaby heard through an open window...
In Brussels it?s midnight and we don?t feel tired. We?ll go on playing. Wild imagination, unbridled virtuosity: we have everything that?s needed. Zakouska likes to meet up with different cultures and mix their music. Romanian music, jazz, saturated guitars, outrageous improvisations? Everyone at some time must have dreamed of being able to travel on a giant?s back.
