The second album of the Finnish suomiklezmer-trio has a strong current theme: the touching destinies of Finns moving abroad from Finland - and on the other hand, the moving immigrant destinies in Finland. The trio?s style between neoklezmer and Nordic blues is going onwards and deeper. The trio with double bass, viola pomposa and accordion is also reinforced with surprising Finnish concrete sounds. An egg-slicer, old milkchurn, rosty rake, Nokia rubber boots, preparated sitra and old liquorice box among other creative sounds can be heard on the album not to mention the diverse technical styles of playing the trio?s main instruments.
