The idea behind this album emerged from their need to record their music and present their musical journey. The journey of Perix counts eight years, a period during which their views and experience of rebetiko and popular music have been merged together. Alway based on the raw and authentic material of the original recordings, the album 'Defteri Anagnosi' (meaning: a second reading) includes the work of great musicians, as they are depicted today.
