This is a solo work, from A to Z. - The protagonist could only be the accordion, but accompanied by the presence of friends and important guests: Michele and Marco Pucci on electric guitar, Emmanuele Praticelli on cello, Michele Sguotti on violin and viola. Thanks to Simone Faliva for his participation with the evocative power of the electronic dimension. Recorded between the end of August 2020 and March of this year, 'Il Coraggio' is a bold, multiform work. It contains all the passion, commitment and experience of Miranda Cortes: a career full of encounters and collaborations; research in ethnomusicology.
