Mauro Manicardi's album 'Armati Di Coraggio' played with the "Dead Folk society" is the latest work of a group of folk musicians who, through stories and sounds of their musical experiences, are trying to trace the past, present and possible future of popular music in Lunigiana. Mauro Manicardi collected all the folk music in the territories between Val di Magra (Lunigiana) and Val di Vara. With the musical project of the "Dead Folk Society" they play popular music without formalisms but with joy and respect for the roots.
