'Attraverso Ogni Confini' is the new album of a jazz quartet operating since 2018, formed by Ettore Fioravanti (drums and musical direction), Marco Colonna (clarinet and bass clarinet, baritone sax), Igor Legari (double bass) and Andrea Biondi (vibraphone). The development of a sound identity dictated by the originality of the line-up, the quality of the performers and the perfectioning of a profound interplay resulting from the musicians' growing harmony, prompted the group to seek other avenues to pursue both on a compositional level and in terms of the palette of musical colours available. Hence the desire to add two very talented players to the quartet with characteristics of both discipline and freedom: Francesco Fratini (trumpet and flugelhorn) and Filippo Vignato (trombone).
