BraAgas will look back on the past years with the release of the Bestial - by choosing the best of the published recordings. 22 songs filled almost the entire CD, the tracks were mixed again and got a new mastering. The CD is published in an exclusive digipack, in the creation of which a prominent painter of her generation, Albeta Josefy, participated. BraAgas is a predominantly female band interpreting folk songs from all over Europe in original arrangements. A significant part of BraAgas' repertoire consists of Sephardic songs, Scandinavian and Balkan folklore, and delights in "odd" rhythms and melodies. In its arrangements of folk music, BraAgas tries to use the diversity of the origin of individual songs, and interesting sound is provided by ethnic and historical instruments, over which great female vocals hover.
