Anna Soregi's album is an essential condensation of the ideas, on the one hand, it touches on all important subjects of Szek music and culture in its editorial arc, shedding light on all corners, yet the album as a whole is reassuringly round and unified. Nothing of the sweet and heavy fullness of life is withheld: the awakening love and the trust that comes with it - much of the overwhelming energy of folk music stems precisely from the fact that many songs and string music are linked to the choice of a couple - and then the flavours of everyday life, the beauties, the trials and tribulations and the sometimes inevitable tragedies are lined up and brought together. And if, at the end, we still find no joy or solace, first and foremost in our humanity, because this luscious album, which explores the many facets of existence, can clearly help us to do that, then we should really look elsewhere.
