The band Bark & Blik is a new constellation on the Danish folk music scene. They are ready with freshly composed folk music with a twist of jazz, now releasing their debut ?Vildskud?. The music merges the force and intensity vibrating at the edges of folk music amd the spontaneous and playful universe of jazz. Focused melodies are woven with potent grooves and scores of improvised passages. With Kristine Heebol on violin, Siri Iversen on (bass)clarinet, Cecilie Strange on sax and Simon Krebs on guitar.
