Maluca Beleza is a singular jazz-fusion band, offering a subtle mix of Brazilian and contemporary music. The musicians met in 2015 during a carte blanche for the Jazz sur la Ville festival in Marseille. They explore the rhythms and musical colours of Brazil and their complicity, on stage, arouses the immediate support of the public. This project brings together new pieces based on compositions by Pierre Fenichel and selected Brazilian poems (by Cec?lia Meireles, Thiago de Mello, etc.). These texts are set to music for the first time and invite us to the journey of the Imperfect Silence, when everything is silent around us and inside our story resonates.
