In 1979 after a first musical foray participating in the self-titled album Veneno, the brothers Raimundo and Rafael Amador recorded some sessions, which they released as an album in 1986. Now in 2018 Larvin Music re-releases this album fully remastered on 180gr vinyl. 'Guitars Callejeras' is considered among critics as a masterpiece of Pata Negra. No doubt the Amador brothers were the precursors to introduce pura flamenco guitar, and the first in the crossbreeding of flamenco rhythms like Rock, Jazz ... and even a Mexican corrido in "Juan Charrasqueado". 'Guitars Callejeras' is short but intense, full of great songs that tell the reality of that era, "Pata Palo?, "Ratitas Divinas", instrumentals as "Morao Mellizo" and a more acoustic and street version of "Los Managers" (bonus track). |
