Graow, like a roar from the heart, gives way to her instinct to write and compose French pop songs. The jungle of emotions is explored through her lyrics and productions combining guitar, digital synths and her voice. Now she presents her first release 'Metaphase'. On the scientific and playful side, this is the name given to the stage of alignment of our chromosomes, just before they form new cells, the cells that make us up. On the symbolic side, this release represents for Graow a process of alignment with herself. Metaphase reflects a chain of experiences, positive and negative, that lead us to where we are today, all interlocking to form a more stable foundation.
