The three Ligurian musicians share a passion for musical creation in the midst of genre contamination and in this disc they confirm this through their innovative approach to "Bal Folk". A musical journey on the notes of accordion, violin and piano, through original compositions and rearranged traditional themes. Maestrale takes listeners on a sound itinerary that touches on the dance music of Brittany and central France, the valse "musette" but also Brazilian choro and the traditional music of the Ligurian Apennines. A dance party between a circle dance that brings us back to a sense of community and a two-person dance.
