Mokoomba - Luyando

Mokoomba embark on a journey that takes them back to the Tonga traditions of their home region in the north west of Zimbabwe on the banks of the Zambesi river. They revisit the traditional songs and ceremonies of their youth and revive them in a modern style. 'Luyando' (Love) is a lively energetic mix that puts this young band back on the map as one of the leading African dancebands of today, fresh but firmly in touch with their roots. The vanishing traditions of the past are revived for the future.
