After six albums with the famous Breton group Startijenn, as well as two duet albums with guitarist Erwan Moal, the time has come for Tangi Le Gall-Carre to release a first album in his name. Composer and arranger for 30 years, he has become one of Brittany?s most recognized accordionists. On this new opus, entirely composed by the artist, virtuosity, melancholy, and hope intertwine. Each piece of the album expresses the emotions felt by the musician at the time of its composition. Through encounters, numerous journeys and life episodes, Tangi has developed his own style of play. Through this disc, he reveals all his sensitivity. Several renowned Breton and Irish musicians take part in this adventure by adding their various sounds and influences, lifelong companions, or old friends with whom Tangi had wanted to collaborate for a long time. |
