Les Lames du Vent is a marimba-saxophone duet created in 2013 by A?da Diop and Jo?l Musy, one trained in classical percussion, and the other a jazz musician. Dejeuner sur l'herbe is a repertoire on the border of genres, between covers, arrangements and original compositions; Les Lames du Vent seeks the marriage of sounds, the balance of colors, the accuracy of the subject, the connivance and the expression. Both musicians studied at classical and jazz schools of music, and play world-jazz original music with a beautiful sound (marimba and saxophones). Includes covers of Kai Stengaard's "Rain Forest" and Eden Ahbez's "Nature Boy".
