'Manifesto Post-Pop' is the tenth concept album by Carrarese musician Davide Giromini. It summarises the themes of a life dedicated to historical, political and philosophical songwriting. A singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist accordionist and teacher of philosophy and history in high schools, he has been active since 1998 with around thirty live soundtracks for theatre shows and as many musical collaborations with singer-songwriters and rock bands. He has worked with Ivan della Mea inheriting unpublished texts, Carlo Monni, Alessio Lega, Paolo Ciarchi, Marco Rovelli, Les Anarchistes, Elisabetta Salvatorie and many others. His song 'Sottosopra' (Darmic hymn of the quarryman) has entered the most important archives of Italian popular song and has been quoted in degree theses and books on labour history and cultural anthropology.
