If one had to explain the concept of versatility, Matteo Muntoni would be a perfect example. A bassist, composer and sound artist with a long experience behind him, Matteo starts from the study of classical piano and self-taught training in electric bass and guitar. A degree in jazz bass and double bass in 2009 was followed by various experiences. Active as a visual and sound artist, he also made a documentary dedicated to the cult of water in Sardinia ("Sacred Water") that participated in several festivals. To a discography full of publications under his own name and with various projects (among others, Janas, Piccolo Ensemble Elettroacustico, Samurau), a new album is added, "Nur-Bis U", a dream between nur and the stars, modern jazz with a vocal ensemble.
