Jkapela, Eddy - Kitchaka Tchakale

Born in Angola, raised and studying in Congo, living in Cape Town South-Africa, and studying in Paris, Jkapela is a citizen of the world. Congolese soukous were attractive to him and he started to play percussions. Experienced by sessions at the famous Drum Caf? in Cape Town he formed the group Westdrum. Kitchaka Tchakale is his second solo album, in which both percussion and vocals are of his making.
