After several participations on albums of others, now the second album of Denia Kourousis, one of the most important popular performers of the last years, is released. The album, titled 'Mes Stin Palia Tin Kokkinia, includes eleven re-recordings of rebetiko and old folk songs of high vocal demands, from the famous 'Manaki' of the third decade of the last century, to 'Machairia' by Manolis Chiotis and Christos Kolokotronis, first recorded in 1957 by Stelios Kazantzidis. The arrangements were made by the bouzouki virtuoso Nikos Tatasopoulos, except for 'Manaki', which was recorded with the orchestration of Athina Labiri.
