Composer, musician, professor of arts Timo Alakotila is one the most in-demand musicians in Finland. His fascinating touch at the keyboard of the harmonium and piano has been heard in the programs of countless ensembles. He is also known for his collaborations with Maria Kalaniemi. Now, after working for years with other bands and musicians it is time for his first solo album. The atmosphere on the album shifts between sorrow and joy, containing waltz, tango and a fairy-tale-like landscape.
