Here Marcel Kanche follows the paths of the past. Ten tight, compact texts written in July 1994, published in 2005, lost in a flooded publisher, and finally rediscovered by the author himself during a move. They take us to the plateaus of the Alps, under the chalky cliffs of Dieppe, in the gardens of the Cher valley. They tell us of a man in direct contact with nature. All they lacked was the music to make them (re)live. So the singer-guitarist's friends Bruno Tocanne (Drums), Fred Roudet (Trumpet) joined him. A confusing project by Marcel Kanche, the singer-guitarist who "always digs the same path"... by taking the crossing roads. |
