Mr ?arko was born in the city of Cacak in the heartland of Serbia. In the Balkans, people from the Cacak area enjoy a peculiar reputation, partly explained by Mr ?arko as ?folkloristical madness?: a very special form of insanity which he imported to Berlin several years ago. There the Serbs unique musical blend proved a hit with the club crowds and festivalgoers. Together with his five (or more) band members from Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Germany he performs his own compositions- ?songs of laughter, pain, dances and tears? ? often adding a psychedelic twist. Authentic balkan brass-riffs and melodies are built on grooves drawing from all corners of the globe. Electric Gipsy Disco Noise!
