Helsinki-based guitarist Atte Aho releases his debut album. Even before this debut album, Aho has already celebrated success in the Jazzkukko Festival guitar competition 2021 and played in several top Finnish bands (e.g. Abreu, Paul Elias, Felix Zenger). Together with his band, Aho performs guitar-driven instrumental music composed by himself, with echoes of the fusion guitar canon of decades past - without forgetting his own nuanced sound. It is a testament to Aho's skill that, despite his young age, he has so far navigated effortlessly between the hardest edge of Finnish music and his own artistically ambitions. With his instrument, he masters rhythm music styles ranging from broadly danceable contemporary pop to jazz fusion, always with a technically brilliant touch.
