Between dreamy, caressing atmospheres and a mood that is sometimes more energetic and incisive, here is "Breathe" by Fabio Accardi, the new album by the enterprising drummer and composer from Puglia, here accompanied by four formidable partners such as Gaetano Partipilo (soprano and alto sax), Claudio Filippini (piano), Francesco Poeti (guitar) and Giorgio Vendola (double bass). There are seven tracks on the tracklist, all the product of Accardi's ferocity, except for Daydreaming (Radiohead). Breathe is an enjoyable album, conceived, played and interpreted with good taste, from which emerge feeling, sensitivity, spirituality and a strong personality on the part of the leader, above all, but at the same time of his four exceptional travelling companions.
