Savage Republic are pioneers of American industrial and post-punk. From the very beginning, their music was distinguished by tribal trance and powerful rhythms, including the use of steel drums, rods, springs and hammers. Savage Republic is an uncompromising, also socio-political, philosophy of publishing. They have never been interested in musical mainstream or commercial conquest of the market. Savage Republic in 2021 are: Thom Fuhrmann, Ethan Port, Alan Waddington and Kerry Dowling. ?Meteora? is the band's first album in 7 years and contains 9 tracks, including "Unprecedented" written by Graham Lewis of Wire.
