Greek latin-jazz pianist Dimitris Sevdalis mixes improvisation with carefully arranged tracks on this album: boleros with a jazz approach. Sevdalis put together a band that consists of Dimitris Tsakas on tenor and alto sax, Dimitris Christopoulos on bass and Alexandros-Drakos Ktistakis on drums. A great asset to the record is Cuban vocalist Mildreys Duquesne, who does justice to the beautifully arranged boleros of Sevdalis and the nicely knitted lyrics by Manolo Vega, who also sings along in two of the songs. Antonis Andreou on trombone and MC Yinka (also known from Imam Baildi) with his rap add just that extra spicyness to the album.
