Jacques Daniels Project is exactly that ? a project; not necessarily a band. It started as an experiment for exploring different ways of writing music. Then it started developing into an expanding unity of people who are willing to write and perform interesting music. Currently settled in Rovaniemi, this is what Jacques Daniels Project is today. It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here ? a new Jacques Daniels Project album. Seven very different songs with very different feel from anything they've done before coming from various times, various places and various states of mind, all communicating various states of distance. With their special guest musicians: Minna Siitonen throatsinging on 'Bonedigger', Jarmo Saitajoki playing upright bass on 'Old Folks' Home', Kennedy Pupe co-writing and singing on 'If'.
