Virginija Pievos is well known singer and musician from Lithuania, performing poetic music for more than 20 years and well known for her outstanding rich voice. With her former band Pievos she has released 'Menuli Baltas' (Dangus / DGCD 23), 'Paprastas Pasaulis'(Dangus / DGCD 35) and 'Likimas' (Dangus / DNG 49). After her folk rock band Pievos (Eng. Meadows) made their last stage performance in 2016, Virginija has continued her own musical path as multi-instrumentalist and now is back with a new solo project - looping and droning post folk, darkened melodies with shamanic groove.
