After their first album, they took off the Trio from their name only Fawda remains. Their paths cross the tragical mediterranean sea again toward the South to meet with friends from Zar and Rango Egyptian and Sudanese traditions until Addis Ababa to meet and perform with local Ethiopian musicians - that they previously met a few years before in Italy. The main reflections on this second LP is the continuous unresolved western particularly Italian colonial heritage (in Libia and Ethiopia). 'Abou Maye' is one of the winning projects of the call for proposals 'New Musical Productions 2020' promoted by Bologna Unesco City of Music and realised with the contribution of the Municipality of Bologna.
