Mother Tongue - Mother Tongue

A Senegalese Griot singer (Mola Sylla), an Amsterdam improviser (Oscar Jan Hoogland) and a Puerto Rican jazz drummer (Frank Rosaly) find each other on an open playground, a stage built for improvisation, an old cinema now used for minute made story telling. Equipped with an mbira, a xalam, a drum kit, a voice, percussion, household tools and an electric clavichord on 220 volt, they sit down and take off: Wrrrrrraaang!
