BalkaNova - July Morning

The folk music styles, rooted in centuries-old traditions, their melodies adorned with melismas on exotic scales, and the Balkan-typical odd meter surprisingly fit well into new fusions with jazz, folk, and other musical genres. Traditional and cosmopolitan, BalkaNova offers Bulgarian folk music a sunrise, which is why the trio's second album is aptly titled "July Morning".
