Melech / Kurek - Walk Thru

Their second album 'Walk Thru' explores trance-like, motor rhythms and looped melodies of oriental provenance. Together they create a compact, forward-moving tissue with a well-established and clear structure. They draw from tradition and improvised music. Melech's bass and soprano clarinets perfectly share the space with Kurek's short-sounding, sometimes muted, drum set.
